Maple Dijon Pork Chops are pan-seared and glazed with a maple syrup and Dijon mustard sauce, served with a hint of rosemary.

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Stir in the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and chopped rosemary, and bring to a simmer.
  7. Return the pork chops to the skillet, spoon the sauce over them, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Serve the pork chops with the maple Dijon sauce drizzled over the top.
