Asparagus & Vidalia Onions
Sautéed asparagus and Vidalia onions with garlic and lemon for a simple side dish.

| Parmesan Cheese | 50 | Grams |
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced Vidalia onions and sauté until they become translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Add asparagus pieces to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Add lemon zest and juice, stir to combine and cook for another 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the top before serving.
