Baby Back Ribs
Slow-cooked baby back ribs with a homemade spice rub and barbecue sauce, perfect for grilling or baking.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to create the spice rub.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
- In a small saucepan, combine barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Remove ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap the foil.
- Brush the ribs generously with the barbecue sauce mixture.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the ribs for 5 to 10 minutes, basting with more sauce and turning occasionally, until caramelized.
- Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Prep
- Thaw ribs in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
