Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, whole milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and brown sugar to prepare the glaze.
  6. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  7. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70 degrees Celsius.
  8. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
