Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, whole milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup and brown sugar to prepare the glaze.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70 degrees Celsius.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
