Big Mac Quesadillas
Prepare Big Mac Quesadillas using ground beef, tortillas, and a special sauce with cheese, lettuce, and pickles.

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to make the special sauce. Mix well and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and black pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a layer of the special sauce over half of the tortilla.
- Add a layer of cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, and chopped onion over the sauce.
- Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve warm.
