Big Mac Quesadillas

Prepare Big Mac Quesadillas using ground beef, tortillas, and a special sauce with cheese, lettuce, and pickles.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to make the special sauce. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt and black pepper. Drain excess fat.
  3. Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a layer of the special sauce over half of the tortilla.
  4. Add a layer of cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, and chopped onion over the sauce.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. Cut each quesadilla into wedges and serve warm.
