Breakfast Burritos
Prepare breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, and vegetables wrapped in flour tortillas.

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and sauté the diced onion and bell pepper until soft.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the vegetables and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through.
- Add the cooked sausage back into the skillet and mix with the scrambled eggs and vegetables.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Place a portion of the egg and sausage mixture onto each tortilla, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and roll up the burrito.
- Serve the breakfast burritos warm, optionally with salsa or hot sauce.
