Prepare juicy beef burgers with fresh toppings and toasted buns using a simple grilling method.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 5 equal portions and shape into patties.
  4. Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles on the bottom bun.
  8. Add the grilled patty with melted cheese on top of the vegetables.
  9. Spread ketchup and mustard on the top bun and place it on the burger.
  10. Serve immediately.
