Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and black pepper.
- Divide the beef mixture into 5 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
- During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles on the bottom bun.
- Add the grilled patty with melted cheese on top of the vegetables.
- Spread ketchup and mustard on the top bun and place it on the burger.
- Serve immediately.
