Chicken and Wings

Prepare roasted chicken wings with a savory marinade and bake until golden brown.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  5. Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
  6. Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.

Prep

  • Thaw chicken wings in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
