Chicken Cesar Salad

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Add the sliced grilled chicken to the salad.
  7. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  8. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad and add minced garlic for extra flavor.
  9. Serve the salad immediately, garnished with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
