Chicken Cesar Salad

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated parmesan cheese.
- Add the sliced grilled chicken to the salad.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad and add minced garlic for extra flavor.
- Serve the salad immediately, garnished with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
