CREOLE Shrimp And Chicken Stir Fry

A stir fry combining shrimp, chicken, and vegetables with Creole seasoning, cooked quickly over high heat.

Creole Seasoning (store-bought or homemade)2Tbsp
Olive Oil (for cooking)3Tbsp
Soy Sauce (low sodium)2Tbsp
Green Onion (chopped)2Bunch
Rice (cooked, for serving)2Cup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shrimp and chicken with Creole seasoning. Mix well to coat evenly.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  5. Add bell peppers and onion to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Add garlic to the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 1 minute.
  7. Return chicken and shrimp to the skillet. Add soy sauce and stir to combine all ingredients.
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot over cooked rice.

Prep

  • Thaw shrimp if frozen.
