CREOLE Shrimp And Chicken Stir Fry
A stir fry combining shrimp, chicken, and vegetables with Creole seasoning, cooked quickly over high heat.

| Bell Pepper (sliced into strips) | 2 | Count |

| Creole Seasoning (store-bought or homemade) | 2 | Tbsp |
| Olive Oil (for cooking) | 3 | Tbsp |
| Soy Sauce (low sodium) | 2 | Tbsp |
| Green Onion (chopped) | 2 | Bunch |
| Rice (cooked, for serving) | 2 | Cup |
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp and chicken with Creole seasoning. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Add bell peppers and onion to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add garlic to the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 1 minute.
- Return chicken and shrimp to the skillet. Add soy sauce and stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot over cooked rice.
Prep
- Thaw shrimp if frozen.
