Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, black pepper, salt, and lemon zest.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
