Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl, mix feta cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, black pepper, salt, and lemon zest.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
