Instructions
- Season the cod fillet strips with salt and black pepper.
- Dredge the fish strips in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the fish sticks until golden brown and cooked through.
- Steam the green beans until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar to make the coleslaw dressing.
- Combine shredded cabbage and grated carrots in a large bowl, then add the dressing and mix well.
