Instructions

  1. Season the cod fillet strips with salt and black pepper.
  2. Dredge the fish strips in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the fish sticks until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Steam the green beans until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
