Fried Chicken Dinner
Prepare crispy fried chicken with seasoned flour and buttermilk, served with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Instructions
- Marinate chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat each piece in the seasoned flour mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 175 degrees Celsius.
- Fry chicken pieces in batches for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and mash with butter and whole milk.
- Steam green beans until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve fried chicken with mashed potatoes, green beans, and lemon wedges.
