Garlic Broccolini

Sautéed broccolini with garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice, prepared in a skillet.

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccolini to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic and oil.
  4. Sauté the broccolini for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
