Garlic Broccolini
Sautéed broccolini with garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice, prepared in a skillet.

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the broccolini to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic and oil.
- Sauté the broccolini for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is bright green and tender-crisp.
- Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
