Garlic Lime Chicken

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, olive oil, honey, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well-coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
