Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Creamy garlic mashed potatoes made with boiled potatoes, roasted garlic, butter, and whole milk.

Instructions
- Place the peeled and quartered potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt.
- Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- While the potatoes are cooking, roast the garlic cloves in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes until soft.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the roasted garlic, butter, and warmed whole milk.
- Mash the potatoes using a potato masher or a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
- Transfer the mashed potatoes to a serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
