Grill Salmon with Tartar Sauce
Grill salmon fillets and serve with homemade tartar sauce using fresh herbs and whole milk-based ingredients.

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down, and cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until the salmon is cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickle, capers, fresh dill, fresh parsley, minced shallot, and white vinegar to make the tartar sauce.
- Serve the grilled salmon with a generous dollop of tartar sauce on the side.
