Grill Salmon with Tartar Sauce

Grill salmon fillets and serve with homemade tartar sauce using fresh herbs and whole milk-based ingredients.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down, and cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until the salmon is cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickle, capers, fresh dill, fresh parsley, minced shallot, and white vinegar to make the tartar sauce.
  5. Serve the grilled salmon with a generous dollop of tartar sauce on the side.
