Grilled Chicken

Grilled chicken marinated in herbs and spices, cooked over a grill for a flavorful meal.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  6. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius.
  7. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Prep

  • Thaw chicken breasts if frozen.
  • Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours.
