Grilled Chicken
Grilled chicken marinated in herbs and spices, cooked over a grill for a flavorful meal.

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is well coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Prep
- Thaw chicken breasts if frozen.
- Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours.
