Grilled Salmon
Grilled salmon marinated with herbs and spices, served with a lemon butter sauce.

| Lemon (zested and juiced) | 1 | Count |

| Fresh Dill (chopped) | 1 | Bunch |

| Black Pepper (freshly ground) | 0.5 | Tsp |
| Unsalted Butter (softened) | 100 | Grams |
| Honey | 1 | Tbsp |
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure each fillet is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is grilling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in honey and a pinch of salt.
- Once the salmon is done, remove from the grill and drizzle with the lemon butter sauce before serving.
Prep
- Thaw salmon fillets if frozen, at least 4 hours before cooking.
