Grilled Salmon

Grilled salmon marinated with herbs and spices, served with a lemon butter sauce.

Lemon (zested and juiced)1Count
Garlic (minced)3Clove
Fresh Dill (chopped)1Bunch

Unsalted Butter (softened)100Grams
Honey1Tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure each fillet is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. While the salmon is grilling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in honey and a pinch of salt.
  6. Once the salmon is done, remove from the grill and drizzle with the lemon butter sauce before serving.

Prep

  • Thaw salmon fillets if frozen, at least 4 hours before cooking.
