Grilled Shrimp

Grilled shrimp marinated with garlic, lemon, and herbs, then cooked on a grill for a flavorful seafood dish.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  5. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the grill and serve immediately, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
