Grilled Shrimp
Grilled shrimp marinated with garlic, lemon, and herbs, then cooked on a grill for a flavorful seafood dish.

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp from the grill and serve immediately, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.
