Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, black pepper, sea salt, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Place the ribeye steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the steak is well coated.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before grilling.
- Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Prep
- Thaw the ribeye steak in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
