Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, black pepper, sea salt, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Place the ribeye steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the steak is well coated.
  3. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  5. Remove the steak from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before grilling.
  6. Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  7. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Prep

  • Thaw the ribeye steak in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
