Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set.
- Lay a slice of ham on each tortilla, then evenly distribute the scrambled eggs over the ham.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs, then roll up each tortilla tightly.
- Place the roll ups seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
