Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set.
  3. Lay a slice of ham on each tortilla, then evenly distribute the scrambled eggs over the ham.
