Honey Baked Chicken Drumsticks
Oven-baked chicken drumsticks glazed with honey, soy sauce, and garlic, served with a flavorful marinade.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken drumsticks in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Reserve the marinade.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, basting with the reserved marinade every 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the baked chicken with toasted sesame seeds and chopped spring onions before serving.

- Marinate chicken drumsticks for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
