Honey Garlic Salmon
Pan-seared salmon glazed with honey and garlic, served with a savory sauce.

| Soy Sauce (low sodium preferred) | 60 | Milliliters |

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Remove salmon from the marinade and season with salt and black pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Serve the salmon with the sauce drizzled over and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.

- Thaw salmon fillets if frozen.
