Honey Mustard Sausages and Brussel Sprouts

Roast sausages and brussel sprouts with a honey mustard glaze for a savory meal.

Fresh Thyme (leaves only)1Bunch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, mix honey, mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add halved brussel sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the honey mustard mixture.
  4. Place the brussel sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Add the sausages to the baking sheet, arranging them around the brussel sprouts.
  6. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the sausages and brussel sprouts.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through, until the sausages are cooked through and the brussel sprouts are tender.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
