Honey Mustard Sausages and Brussel Sprouts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, mix honey, mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Add halved brussel sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the honey mustard mixture.
- Place the brussel sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Add the sausages to the baking sheet, arranging them around the brussel sprouts.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the sausages and brussel sprouts.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning the sausages halfway through, until the sausages are cooked through and the brussel sprouts are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
