Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and green bell pepper, sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add Impossible meat to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens.
- Toast hamburger buns if desired, then spoon the mixture onto the buns and serve.
