Lamb Chops with Tzatziki Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the lamb chops in the mixture for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  5. For the tzatziki sauce, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, mint, white vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Mix the tzatziki sauce well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Serve the grilled lamb chops with a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.
