Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix barbecue sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  5. While the chicken is grilling, toss the red bell pepper, zucchini, and onion with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Grill the vegetables for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
  7. Serve the grilled chicken with the side of grilled vegetables.

Prep

  • Marinate chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
