Not Your Mama's Meatloaf
A savory meatloaf using ground beef and pork, seasoned with herbs and spices, baked to perfection and topped with a tangy glaze.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, whole milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard to make the glaze.
- Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 70 degrees Celsius.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
