Pancakes with mixed fruit

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, beaten eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
- Serve the pancakes warm, topped with sliced strawberries, blueberries, banana, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
