Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Prepare crispy Parmesan chicken tenders using chicken breast, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs, baked to perfection.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another dish, whisk together the eggs and whole milk.
  4. In a third dish, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
