Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Place the trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Roast the asparagus in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon zest and juice, then remove from heat.
