Rosemary Orange Glaze Pork Loin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a small bowl, mix orange juice, orange zest, rosemary, garlic, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and pour half of the glaze over it, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Roast the pork loin in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, basting with the remaining glaze every 15 minutes.
  5. Check the internal temperature of the pork; it should reach 63 degrees Celsius. If not, continue roasting and checking every 5 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, remove the pork loin from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. Slice the pork loin and serve with any remaining glaze drizzled over the top.
