Rosemary Orange Glaze Pork Loin

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a small bowl, mix orange juice, orange zest, rosemary, garlic, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the glaze.
- Place the pork loin in a roasting pan and pour half of the glaze over it, ensuring it is well coated.
- Roast the pork loin in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, basting with the remaining glaze every 15 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature of the pork; it should reach 63 degrees Celsius. If not, continue roasting and checking every 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the pork loin from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the pork loin and serve with any remaining glaze drizzled over the top.
