Rustic Kielbasa Bake
A simple bake combining kielbasa, potatoes, and vegetables, prepared in a single dish for easy cooking and serving.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced kielbasa, cubed potatoes, chopped onion, and chopped bell peppers.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish, spreading it out in an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
