Rustic Kielbasa Bake

A simple bake combining kielbasa, potatoes, and vegetables, prepared in a single dish for easy cooking and serving.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced kielbasa, cubed potatoes, chopped onion, and chopped bell peppers.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish, spreading it out in an even layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
