Salisbury Steak
Prepare Salisbury steak using ground beef, onions, and a rich mushroom gravy, cooked on the stovetop.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 5 oval patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and sliced mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms are tender.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the gravy thickens.
- Return the patties to the skillet, spoon gravy over them, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve the Salisbury steaks with the mushroom gravy.
