Seafood Boil

A simple seafood boil with shrimp, crab, and sausage cooked with corn, potatoes, and spices in a large pot.

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with 2 liters of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add salt, old bay seasoning, and minced garlic to the boiling water.
  3. Add the halved red potatoes to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the corn pieces and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced sausage and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the shrimp and crab legs, and cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 5 minutes.
  7. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and squeeze in the juice from the halved lemons.
  8. Drain the seafood boil and transfer to a large serving platter. Drizzle with the lemon butter sauce.
