Seafood Boil
A simple seafood boil with shrimp, crab, and sausage cooked with corn, potatoes, and spices in a large pot.

Instructions
- Fill a large pot with 2 liters of water and bring to a boil.
- Add salt, old bay seasoning, and minced garlic to the boiling water.
- Add the halved red potatoes to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the corn pieces and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and crab legs, and cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 5 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and squeeze in the juice from the halved lemons.
- Drain the seafood boil and transfer to a large serving platter. Drizzle with the lemon butter sauce.
