Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd's Pie is a savory dish made by layering seasoned ground lamb with vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes, then baked until golden.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and mash with butter and whole milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground lamb to the skillet, cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add peas to the mixture and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer the lamb mixture to a baking dish, spread mashed potatoes over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
