Shrimp & grits
Prepare Greek chicken with tzatziki using marinated chicken thighs and a yogurt-based sauce with cucumber and garlic.

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill marinated chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to make tzatziki sauce.
- Serve grilled chicken with tzatziki sauce, sliced red onions, and warm pita bread.
