Prepare Greek chicken with tzatziki using marinated chicken thighs and a yogurt-based sauce with cucumber and garlic.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill marinated chicken thighs for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper to make tzatziki sauce.
  4. Serve grilled chicken with tzatziki sauce, sliced red onions, and warm pita bread.
