Shrimp Ceasar Salad
Prepare a shrimp Caesar salad with grilled shrimp, homemade dressing, and fresh romaine lettuce.

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated parmesan cheese.
- Add the grilled shrimp to the salad bowl.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
