Shrimp Ceasar Salad

Prepare a shrimp Caesar salad with grilled shrimp, homemade dressing, and fresh romaine lettuce.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Add the grilled shrimp to the salad bowl.
  5. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parmesan cheese if desired.
