Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in chili paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey, mixing well.
  4. Add the cubed silken tofu gently into the skillet, stirring carefully to coat with sauce.
  5. Pour in the cornstarch slurry and gently stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
