Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in chili paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey, mixing well.
- Add the cubed silken tofu gently into the skillet, stirring carefully to coat with sauce.
- Pour in the cornstarch slurry and gently stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
