Sriracha Ranch Chicken

Baked chicken marinated in sriracha and ranch dressing, served with a flavorful sauce.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sriracha sauce, ranch dressing, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  4. Place the marinated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius.
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
