Instructions
- Prepare the steamer by filling it with water and bringing it to a boil.
- Place the fish fillets on a heatproof plate that fits inside the steamer.
- Sprinkle the sliced ginger and minced garlic evenly over the fish.
- Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the fish.
- Place the plate with the fish into the steamer, cover, and steam for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Carefully remove the plate from the steamer and garnish the fish with green onion, cilantro, and red chili slices.
- Serve the steamed fish with lemon wedges on the side.
