Instructions

  1. Prepare the steamer by filling it with water and bringing it to a boil.
  2. Place the fish fillets on a heatproof plate that fits inside the steamer.
  3. Sprinkle the sliced ginger and minced garlic evenly over the fish.
  4. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the fish.
  5. Place the plate with the fish into the steamer, cover, and steam for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  6. Carefully remove the plate from the steamer and garnish the fish with green onion, cilantro, and red chili slices.
  7. Serve the steamed fish with lemon wedges on the side.
