Stewed Collard Greens
Stewed collard greens simmered with smoked turkey, onions, and spices for a savory side dish.

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add smoked turkey pieces to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add chopped collard greens to the pot, stirring to combine with the turkey and onion mixture.
- Pour in chicken broth and apple cider vinegar. Stir in red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until greens are tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve warm.
