Veal Parmesan is prepared by breading veal cutlets, frying them, and baking with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Season the veal cutlets with salt and black pepper.
- Dredge each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip the floured cutlets into the beaten eggs.
- Coat the cutlets with breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the breaded cutlets until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
- Place the fried cutlets in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the cutlets.
- Top with sliced mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
