Vegetable Medley
A simple sauté of mixed vegetables including bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots, seasoned with herbs and spices.

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced red bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots to the skillet. Stir well.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add broccoli florets and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Stir to combine.
- Remove from heat and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
