Oven-baked chicken wings marinated in a spicy sauce and served with a creamy dipping sauce.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
  4. Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  6. While the wings are baking, prepare the dipping sauce by combining blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  7. Serve the baked wings hot with the blue cheese dipping sauce and celery sticks on the side.

Prep

  • Thaw chicken wings in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
