Wings
Oven-baked chicken wings marinated in a spicy sauce and served with a creamy dipping sauce.

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a large bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
- Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the dipping sauce by combining blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Serve the baked wings hot with the blue cheese dipping sauce and celery sticks on the side.
Prep
- Thaw chicken wings in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
