Crab Rangoons
Crab Rangoons are crispy wontons filled with a mixture of crab meat, cream cheese, and seasonings, deep-fried until golden.

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, soy sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar. Mix until well blended.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture into the center of the wrapper.
- Brush the edges of the wrapper with the beaten egg. Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Carefully place the crab rangoons in the hot oil, a few at a time, and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the rangoons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
Prep
- Soften cream cheese at room temperature for 1 hour before preparation.
