Beef noodles with vegetables
Prepare beef noodles with vegetables by stir-frying beef, boiling noodles, and mixing with sautéed vegetables.

Instructions
- Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef strips to the pan and stir-fry until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add vegetable oil and sauté carrots, bell pepper, and broccoli for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Return beef to the pan, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well to combine.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan, toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Prep
- Thaw beef sirloin in the refrigerator overnight if frozen.
