Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add julienned carrots and sliced bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add cooked egg noodles to the wok, tossing to combine with the chicken and vegetables.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, tossing everything together until well coated.
- Add bean sprouts and chopped green onions, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Season with freshly ground black pepper, give a final toss, and serve hot.
