Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add julienned carrots and sliced bell pepper, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Add cooked egg noodles to the wok, tossing to combine with the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, tossing everything together until well coated.
  7. Add bean sprouts and chopped green onions, stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  8. Season with freshly ground black pepper, give a final toss, and serve hot.
