Garlic Noodles

Prepare savory garlic noodles with a rich sauce using fresh garlic, soy sauce, and butter, served with green onions.

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the noodles and toss again until the cheese is melted and well incorporated.
  7. Drizzle the sesame oil over the noodles and give it a final toss.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
